Pillar 1 — Shahadah
The declaration of faith — the first and most important pillar!
أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ
Ash-hadu an laa ilaaha illallaah
"I bear witness that there is no god but Allah"
🔑 What Shahadah means
Shahadah means 'testimony'. When we say it, we make a promise with our whole heart — we believe in Allah and follow His Prophet ﷺ. When someone truly believes and says this, they enter Islam!
